2. Scope of Services
The Company provides visa application support, document processing, and related administrative services. These include:
- Client profiling and visa eligibility assessment
- Guidance on preparation and submission of required documents
- Visa interview preparation
- Application tracking and updates
- Orientation and post-visa support
Services are provided in accordance with the terms detailed in your signed agreement. We do not offer passport-related services or procure educational/experience certificates.
3. Client Obligations
Clients using our services agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Cooperate in a timely manner by submitting all required documents
- Pay all applicable fees within the specified timelines
- Attend all scheduled appointments and interviews
- Follow all instructions and guidance provided by the Company
Failure to comply may result in termination of services and/or rejection of visa applications.
4. Fees and Payments
- All fees must be paid as outlined in the formal agreement and Attachment 1.
- Payments must be made to the Company’s official bank account. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Delayed payments will incur a penalty of 1% per calendar day.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the refund policy.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable in cases where:
- Government approval has been granted
- Visa is rejected due to inaccurate or false information provided by the Client
- The Client voluntarily withdraws the application or fails to comply
- Application is rejected due to misrepresentation or incomplete documentation
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to deductions and processing timelines as defined in the signed agreement. Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants reserves the right to retain up to 30% of paid amounts as a management fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Company provides administrative support only and does not guarantee visa approval.
- We are not liable for any decision or action taken by Government Authorities or third parties.
- The Company is not responsible for the success or failure of any visa application.
- Loss of documents during transit or delivery is not the responsibility of the Company.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared by Clients is handled in strict confidence and used solely for the purposes defined in the service agreement. Disclosure to third parties occurs only when legally required or with written consent from the Client.
8. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Breach of agreement by the Client
- Non-payment of fees
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Rejection of application by Government Authorities due to reasons beyond the Company’s control
Upon termination or withdrawal by the Client, the Company’s involvement ends, and no further communication or responsibility will be maintained.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or actions by Government Authorities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
