Refunds and Returns
At Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants, we maintain a transparent refund policy aligned with the service agreement. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a refund request.
Non Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not applicable if:
- Visa approval has been granted by Government Authorities
- The application is rejected due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the Client
- The Client fails to submit required documents or attend scheduled appointments
- The Client voluntarily withdraws the application or terminates the process
- The Client changes their mind after signing the agreement
- The visa is rejected due to misrepresentation or submission of fake documents
- The Client disagrees with the laws or policies of the destination country after receiving a work permit
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds apply only to payments made directly to Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants
- Fees paid to third parties (e.g. testing centers, universities, government entities) are non refundable
- If Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants fails to secure initial approval within six months, the Client may be eligible for a refund of the retainer fee minus administrative and management charges
Refund Deductions and Processing Time
- A 30% management fee may be deducted from the total amount paid
- Additional deductions may apply based on the progress of the application
- Refunds will be processed in equal installments, matching the original payment schedule
- Minimum processing time: 90 working days from the date of refund approval
- All applicable taxes and bank charges are non refundable
Refund Requests
To initiate a refund request, please email info@horizonpeakimmigrations.com with:
- Full name and contact number
- Reason for refund request
- Copy of signed agreement
- Payment receipts
Our team will evaluate your request and provide a response within 10 working days.
Reapplication in Case of Failure
If your application fails due to an error on the part of Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants, we will:
- Refile the application under the same or a different visa category (with Client consent)
- Do so at no additional cost to the Client
Important Notice
Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants provides administrative and documentation support only. We do not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made solely by the relevant Government Authorities.
We are not responsible for:
- The outcome of any application
- The accuracy of information provided by the Client
- Loss or damage to documents in transit
