- Financial statements
- Medical and police clearance reports
- Contact details and biographical information
- Visa application details and supporting documents
All information is provided voluntarily by the Client and is necessary for eligibility assessment, documentation, and submission to relevant government authorities.
2. Use of Information
The information provided by the Client is used solely for delivering the agreed-upon services, including:
- Assessing visa eligibility
- Preparing and reviewing visa application documents
- Guiding Clients in procuring required supporting materials
- Scheduling appointments and preparing for interviews
- Submitting applications to Government Authorities and tracking updates
- Offering post-visa services such as orientation, accommodation guidance, and travel arrangements
We do not use the information for any other purposes unrelated to the services outlined in the Agreement.
3. Disclosure of Information
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose Client information to third parties unless:
- Required by law, court order, or legal process
- Necessary to complete visa application procedures with relevant Government Authorities or authorized third parties (e.g., language testing centers, attestation services)
- Authorized in writing by the Client
Information may be shared only to the extent necessary to fulfill the services and obligations defined in the Agreement.
4. Confidentiality Commitment
Both Parties are bound by the confidentiality terms of the Agreement. We ensure that all information related to the Client and their application remains protected. Disclosure to third parties without the Client’s written consent is prohibited, except when required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants is not liable for any loss of documents in transit or due to third-party errors beyond our control.
6. Retention and Termination of Data
Upon completion of services or withdrawal by the Client, our involvement ends, and no further communication will be maintained. At this point, Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants no longer retains any responsibility or liability regarding the data provided.
We retain records only as long as necessary for the services and as required by law. After termination, personal data may be archived or securely deleted.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Cooperating with timely submission of documents
- Attending scheduled interviews and appointments
- Understanding that the final decision on visa outcomes rests solely with the relevant government authorities
Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants is not liable for inaccurate or misleading information provided by the Client.
8. No Guarantees or Liability
Horizon Peak Immigration Consultants does not guarantee the success of any visa application. We provide assistance and support only as outlined in the Agreement. Decisions are made exclusively by Government Authorities, and we have no influence or control over such outcomes.
We do not assume any liability, directly or indirectly, for the success or failure of a Client’s application or for the accuracy of information supplied by the Client.
9. Updates to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, laws, or internal practices. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly for any updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
